Location of the flat is great (which is also a con, see below). Flat was in good condition, somewhat clean, though toilet had various dead bugs on the floor. Air conditioning worked well. Beds were pretty good.

We were 4 people and for the double bed + double bed(ish) sofa, in total there were blankets for 3 people. I asked via WA for a blanket which got no reply. Toaster looks like it has been on fire, so didn't try it. The kitchen had an open broken socket which seemed dangerous. No water kettle. The flat is on the street level and the street has a bar right outside the windows, and is extremely noisy until almost 2am on Friday/Saturday, little chance of falling asleep on the sofa bed. Not well equipped, no washing detergent or dishwasher tablets - or nothing at all really except salt and a few other items. Nothing to hang your clothes on anyway if you do use the washing machine.

We didn’t have enough supplies, like toilet paper and dish soap

Since the day we checked in the strong smell of mold was unbearable. We got all sick and we won't be remembering Madrid well just because of this apartment. We all feel very bad in the lungs and are still coughing. Even though we asked for help they did not care at all. Also we did not get the apartment that we saw in the pictures. The worst experience we had with accomodation was this one. Anyone wishing to have a great trip in Madrid. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Confortable, cozy, well located, spacious

Neighbour apartment were building, and noise of drillers and workers early morning for almost my whole stay, I didn’t enjoy waking up early because of the noise

Rude and unhelpful staff. Apartment was not clean and smelled of stale cigarette. We were told we would be using an electronic key to enter the property, after this didn’t work we called the property only to be disregarded by the host whom provided us no help. Eventually were let in by another resident. After enquiring as to what to do with the electronic key we received a response - “don’t worry” - with no further information. Hot water lasted for less than 5 minutes which was inconvenient as we had 5 people staying in the apartment. Overall not a good stay and very rude customer service, recommend staying elsewhere.
