Location was great

Very noisy walls, water pipes comind down from apartments above. Quite dirty amenities, hairs everywhere, and very dirty floor, including carpet

Access to the property was easy via web link. Location is fine, but it depends what are looking for. Area is full of local bars and opposite to local stadium, which can be quite loud in the evenings. Next to the property are local buses and Metro station which will take straight to the city centre.

PROPERTY WAS DIRTY ON OUR ARRIVAL, it was 11.30 in the night when we entered the property with two young children and we discovered, that apartment was not clean after the departure of the previous guests. We called emergency number we were given prior arrival and the agent who answered my call could not be less helpful. We were told to wait for a call back regarding the situation, but after an hour of waiting and placing another call to the agent asking for any update, we decided to leave the property and find some nearby hotel to spend the rest of the night. Keep in mind it was already passed midnight. We were promised by this estate company, that we will reimburse with all the expenses we occurred during this emergency (taxi fare plus hotel stay), I submitted all the invoices they asked for in a timely manner, but it has been already 3 weeks and I am still waiting for any information when and how my money will be return to me. I had to spend extra money because of their incompetence and they cannot take responsibility. I understand, that things can happen, but the way this company is handling my situation in disgrace. I would warn everyone about them. Stay away from them, because in case of any problems you will be left on your own.
