L’emplacement

Pas d’eau chaude (mais la patronne dit « oh ça va »), pas de papier toilette et les serviettes pour s’essuyer après ses besoins ne sont pas changées tous les jours, des fourmis , des draps propres mais tachés

The hotel is extremely well located, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and places of interest. Staff are super friendly and helpful! The room was excellent value for money. We highly recommend this place for anybody visiting Kep!

It's situated in an excellent location, easy to find, everything is within walking distance, the staff are excellent and you feel welcome, food is good but somewhat limited in choice, my third stay here and will stay again.

The bed is very uncomfortable, and toilet seat broke, but apart from that good value for money.

Le personnel était très agréable, souriant, sympathique et à l écoute. L’hôtel est idéalement situé.

Nous avons été déçu de la soirée tapas. La nourriture était très bonne mais froide et les quantités trop faible par rapport au prix (7$ une assiette de tapas)

Staff were lovely, including Chef who was really friendly.

Took our Tuk Tuk driver awhile to find the place on our arrival! Need more wall hangers!
