A great room, but unfortunately it’s not for the live and let live, there are lots of strict rules, & there placed everywhere in the hotel. it’s quite sad to see the hotel run by a French authoritarian . it really spoils the experience of the authentic Cambodia experience , as they are very relaxed people

Location is perfect, however when we arrived there were numerous stains on the sheets and had to move. Owner was lovely but this is not good enough. Also insects in the room but what can you do!

No real positives stood out

The mattress was the worst that I had come across in Booking.com . The springs had collapsed from people sitting on the side of the bed and the sleeping area of the mattress was lumpy. The bath mat was worn and torn and it looked dirty and grubby.

For location is very nice

Staff were friendly. Apart from the owner. Said hi to the owner and she blanked me andy wife and walked away. From talking with others, they have said the owner is very rude. Other than that it was good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty! Right across the road from the beach and a 15 min walk to the crab markets.

Food can be pricey
