Gateway to the Loch

It was a perfect location for our member of staff to go to work at a local event and the father & young son went to the aquarium, did a boat trip and run around the lovely park. Easy to get food to suit a young family.

The apartment was spacious and bright with a renovated kitchen and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen and towels were clean. It's located centrally in the town.

The apartment needed to be vacuumed, especially the carpet. There were hairs in the shower. The bathroom didn't have a garbage can and the only one was in the kitchen, downstairs, and it didn't have a bag in it. There were only 3 wine glasses and three water glasses. We were only three people, but if there were four that would have been a problem. I had to text the owner when getting there to find out the code to enter, she apologized for forgetting to send it.

Everything, one of the best places we have stayed and we stay everywhere. Car park Clean , fresh, great shower , kitchen diner, amazing beds ,no noisey neighbours one key access no complicated codes. Loved it

Small sofas is the only fault.

Logement pas très propre. Environnement du logement est sale. Pour une nuit de passage ça va mais pas pour un séjour.

Gute Lage, Wohnung ist geräumig

Die Küche war nicht sauber. Als wir ankamen lag ein grosser braune Fleck auf dem Tisch. Es hatte ausserdem für vier Personen nicht genügend Geschirr. Das Licht in der Küche konnte nicht benutzt werden, denn jedesmal wenn wir den Schalter betätigten hat es die Sicherung rausgehauen. Wir mussten also zuerst einmal den Sicherungskasten suchen. Zum Glück war es draussen lange hell, sodass wir bei unserem Aufenthalt auf das Küchenlicht verzichten konnten. Ich hoffe aber für unsere Nachfolger dass dieses Problem behoben wird

Great location, short walk from the rail station & close to all the bars, restaurants & shops etc.

All was fine when we arrived the place is a great property. However later in the evening we discovered there’s some kind of leaking pipe in the toilet system leading to the bathroom flooding & leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen below. This caused the electricity to go off in the property & once turned back on we were unable to use the kitchen lights as they tripped the electricity and there was a constant flow of dirty water coming through the lights in the kitchen which was a safety hazard. We then Couldn’t use toilet for the rest of the stay due to their being some kind of burst pipe in fear the ceiling would become even more damaged, not ideal at all & certainly not what we paid for. I messaged the host on the night it happened & got no response & messaged them yesterday about the whole situation & have had zero response from that too. Host doesn’t seem to be in any rush to address the concerns of paying customers but Quick to take my money on the deadline however. Other than that it’s a great property in a convenient location.
