It’s right in the heart of town of El Nido. making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Canopy walk. (Personal favorite). At the same time, the beach is just a short walk away, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy both the lively town atmosphere and some relaxing time by the sea. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, adding a welcoming touch to the overall experience. I also appreciated how peaceful the hotel felt despite being so close to busy areas. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance between convenience and relaxation. It’s an excellent choice for anyone who wants easy access to both the town center and the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stanza sporca, piena di insetti, ho ricevuto molti morsi e ho dovuto prendere il Bentelan. La stanza era umida, la finestra non si poteva aprire e vi era un oggetto per asciugare la muffa. Wi-Fi pessimo e luce altalenante. Pessimo!

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Die Dusche hat während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nie funktioniert, sodass wir uns nicht einmal richtig duschen konnten. Zusätzlich kam aus dem Wasserhahn teilweise braunes Wasser – offensichtlich war hier etwas mit der Wasserqualität oder den Leitungen nicht in Ordnung. Als ich eines Tages vom Strand zurück ins Zimmer kam, musste ich feststellen, dass sich dort zwei Kakerlaken befanden, die ich selbst entfernen musste. Das war absolut unhygienisch und inakzeptabel. Das Zimmer selbst war ebenfalls in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, es hat unangenehm gerochen, das Waschbecken war verschimmelt und der Spiegel war so kaputt, dass er sogar heruntergefallen ist. Auch die Handtuchhalterung war nicht mehr benutzbar, da sie aufgrund verrosteter Schrauben aus der Wand gefallen ist. Ein weiteres Problem war das WLAN, das im Erdgeschoss überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat – nur im Obergeschoss hatte man überhaupt Empfang. Das Einzige Positive war das Personal: Sie waren zwar freundlich, aber leider sehr unorganisiert und überfordert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt alles andere als angenehm. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
