Clean. Good wifi. Free coffee. Good value for money.

The location was perfect since it’s in downtown — walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars but away from the very busy areas. Room was clean and comfortable, spacious enough for all your things. Love that they provide a duvet and not just a flat sheet as blanket. Staff were friendly and accommodating with requests. They do not have a work table i side the room but has a cute common area/lounge where you can work and eat which thoughtfully has coffee and water for free. You could also hear when other guests get too noisy in the hallway or lounge, but same as almost any other accommodations in the Philippines. Another thing I love most is because they have a generator for back up power supply! Overall value for money is really great!

They also rented us a bike without number plate and the bike has no papers, the police took the bike. We had no bike and needed to find this. The bathroom has a lot of mold. And the room had a little urine smell after we showered. So maybe there was a place on the floor with dry urine on the floor. But the location of the hotel is definitely a 10!!!

Shower needs a curtain. Only small window in bathroom, more fresh air would be nice
