No Kitchen blinds and room keys. Nagging security guard and insects

That the apartment was full of cocroaches and the fans wasn't working but they managed to arrange fans and doom but I suggest u do a pest control in there

Our unit was not up to standard at all, considering what we paid. The company that was handling our book-in was not friendly or accommidating at all. They did not help us with our only request to book in earlier. We requested that way ahead of time. We were gladly willing to pay the extra fee for earlier arrival that was mentioned. Our problem was that we were staying close to Sancta Maria (about 3 kilometers away) for a few days. Our departure time was 10 o'clock. We requested to arrive between 11 and 12. We were traveling with a trailer, and our car was packed. We had nowhere to go and only wanted to be able to drop the trailer and stuff in the car on the time we requested, and then we would leave. Needless to say, we only received the code to enter the gate of the complex grounds, just before 3 o'clock. This after numerous requests and explaing. We even pleaded with the lady to give us the code a little earlier, but she refused to help us. With our other stays, you met with someone in person. That made this process much easier and the stay more personal. In this case, we even struggled to get hold of someone to do inquiries. We couldn't understand why we couldn't just pay the fee for eary arrival as were mentioned to us. It was evident that there were no cleaners in our unit on the day of our arrival. The place was not as clean as expected. The unit was ant invested with sand all around the walls and cocrouches everywhere. May I just mention a few things that need urgent attention from the owners. The roof fan in our room did not work. The sliding door handle was broken. The sliding door was not easily opened or closed. You could not open any windows because it were popped ribbed from the outside. The trelly door of the room couldn't be opened. (Maybe for security reasons, but our room felt like an oven.) The second room was so humid and wet that the suitcase under the bed was full of mold after a few days. We will have to get rid of...
