Sancta South Coast 2 bedroom Apartment

The view is beautiful, wifi worked great. Security were helpful and always visible

Minor things that can be fixed, the broken shower head , the leaking bath plug, and the lighting in the bathroom.

It was impossible to gain access to the property. Emails I forwarded to the hosts were ignored. All 5 the mobile phone numbers they offer to contact the host were never answered. Always went to answer phone. Thankfully I had a local contact who managed to organise the information I needed to gain access to the property. It the hosts are expecting international guest they should try and be more ready to assist and give clearer details of how to gain access. The whole process was extremely stressful.

Loved the sea view. Sound of the ocean 24/7. Location to shops, beaches, highway. Absolutely amazing place really enjoyed it with family. Great security. Huge TV. Huge fridge. Internet access. Absolutely great value for money.

No beach access at all from the complex. Swimming pool pictures are deceiving as the pool is really small. Leaking toilets both of them. Arrangements plans discussed for someone to fix it but they never responded or showed up. Simple quick fixes if they just took an hour to go through the place. Fix toilet leaks. Replace light bulbs many not working. Glasses missing. Bowls missing. Needed to be catered for 4 people and having 1 short of each doesn't allow family to enjoy feasting together. Ended up having to buy own glass and bowl to forfill the quota.

Remote did not work and had a leaking shower. Still waiting for it to be tended to after reporting.

Everything was perfectly fine except for tv remote, I lodge a complain but I ddnt get any assistance

The location and close proximity from shops and restaurants

The fans in the apartment are worn out and with the terrible heat we had in the first few days made it unbearable to sleep and be inside the unit. The swimming pool needs to be booked for an hour at once and always late at night like 7-8 Security also made it quite uncomfortable when walking past the units at night staring into the bedroom etc. Both bathroom's toilet taps leak and the shower head is placed on a very narrow space where you actually close the tap with your back when trying to wash your hair. I didn't mention any of this during my stay, the check in process was a bit impersonal for me but maybe it's just me, when you try to contact someone after being on the road for 6/7 hours you just receive a short WhatsApp stating we have sent you check in details, I mean literally after driving so far, the last thing you want to check is your phone, you want to get into the unit unpack and unwind.
