"War eine wirklich gute Unterkunft und für den Preis top!"

Sie lag sehr zentral im der Altstadt und man konnte gemütlich überall hin laufen. Gaetano war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!

Unten im Haus ist eine Karaokebar und an manchen Tagen etwas lauter…ging aber trotzdem. Was man beachten muss, es gibt keine richtige Küche zum kochen. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine ind Kühlschrank sind allerdings vorhanden.

La ubicación es excelente, hay de todo cerca. El anfitrión atento en todo momento, muy pendiente y resolutivo ante cualquier problema.Nos recomendó restaurantes para comer que fueron un éxito. Fácil comunicación a través de whatsapp. Gaetano es muy servicial. Algo importante es que hay posibilidad de aparcar muy cerca del apartamento. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, olía muy bien

El baño no tenía gel de ducha y se salía el agua cada vez que nos duchábamos. No había fregona para poder recoger el agua que se salía. No hay cocina como tal, simplemente una barra americana con unos taburetes, una mini nevera, un micro ondas y una cafetera. No hay ni un sofá para sentarse, es un apartamento para ir a dormir.

Die Lage ist ideal um zu Fuß fast alles erkunden zu können und trotzdem war es Nachts sehr ruhig. Die Bushaltestellen waren ca. 300m weit entfernt. Viele Restaurants waren unmittelbar in der Nähe. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen und die Wohnung erklärt. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer vorhanden — Bad sehr sauber. Für Rückfragen war er sehr freundlich und unkompliziert per WhatsApp erreichbar.

The apartment is in a fantastic location and a short walk from the station. It was very clean. Gaetano was extremely helpful and answered all our questions promptly.

Couldn’t find a fault.

Posizione centralissima e comoda. Il B&B è pulito e il proprietario è super gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente! Nelle vicinanze non mancano di certo i posti dove mangiare. Se proprio devo trovare un "problema", ci sono così tanti ristoranti e street food che c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta!

Ottimo posizione ,centro cuore di Palermo . Facile raggiungere da qualsiasi posto. Appartamento bello pulito confortevole. Padrone disponibile su tutto e molto cordiale e gentile . Ci tornerò di sicuro !
