Very secure and modern apartment with a nice view

We had an event at the P & J Center and the taxi rides were quite pricey

we had everything we needed very happy with our stay.

Large space, nice design

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung, gute Lage mit Parkplatz und top Ausstattung, Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, auch fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wichtig, die Möven sind sehr laut und machen ganz schön Spektakel.

El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila con posibilidad de aparcar, de manera gratuita, dentro del mismo complejo. La ubicación es buena, a tan sólo 10 minutos en coche del centro de Aberdeen. Nota para las personas con movilidad reducida: hay plazas reservadas justo delante del acceso al edificio, el problema es que si llegas pasadas las 17:30h suelen estar ocupadas por personas que no tienen el distintivo para aparcar. Desgraciadamente, una vez más, en este mundo hace falta más respeto y civismo.

Tener que avanzar una fianza de 150£ para alojarnos en un apartamento que no estaba impecable. Nos vimos haciendo de Mani manitas encajando un par de puertas a las que les faltaban los tornillos que sujetaban las primeras visagras, reparando un cajón desmontado del comedor, y buscando un mechero como locos porque la cocina era de gas y en el apartamento no encontramos ninguno. 🙃

Fantastic size, suited us a family in transit attending a graduation ceremony. Grateful for washing machine and clothes airer as we’d been travelling. Clean, well appointed. Owner very helpful with our concerns about deposit ( see below).

Not about property per se - and Not exclusive to this property but the need for a “security deposit” outside of booking.com always makes us nervous of potential for being scammed especially as only option provided was to email credit card details, not most secure system (NOT suggesting this was a scam!!) Just something we’ve noticed more and more with booking.com rentals that requires a level of trust given other know booking.com scams. **HIGHLIGHT- this was NOT one of those - place exactly as expected and legit!! Can recommend!

It was huge and sparkling clean. Had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Gordon was extremely helpful in getting us in and answering all of our questions.

The second bedroom bed was not the most comfortable but this is a very minor thing. The apartment was amazing.
