Apartment is very neat, clean, good cool airconditioning

(1) Impossible to deal with the Reception. No one at the counter and talking to an app (2) Impossible to find the apartment and worse still the lock is so so sophisticated that it is NOT user friendly and moreover, there is no instructions. We have to know on many neighbours to ask for help. Imagine doing all that with all our travel bags. (3) It is lacking direction or instructions " How to look for the Apartment" so we have to carry our bags and walk walk much distance in the hot afternoon at 3.00pm and the property is facing evening sun. In KL the weather is super hot hot hot When we ask the security guard , or try to speak with them in English or Bahasa Malaysia, they cannot reply because all are from Nepal ...Alamak (4) A Deposit of RM200 is required. So payment made to their Account. Until today the claimed that (1) They are just "holding" the deposit but no transaction done. (2) All deposit will be returned in Two Weeks (3) I follow up with them after three weeks and after much Whatsapp communication of > 3 weeks their reply : ""They claimed that transaction was not effected by the only "HOLD THE DEPOSIT" (4) How could that be when my Payment via Maybank Account and Maybank Card is a DEBIT CARD. Until today this matter NOT RESOLVED and I am still wondering . So it is stressful dealing with them

Upstairs neighbour was rather noisy at 2am with kids running around and slamming doors…🥴. Air con needs to be serviced. Not cold in the middle of the night

The overall environment is quite good, but there's a slight drawback: there are a lot of small cockroaches.
