"Total Disappointment caused by Booking.Com & SleepyBear HillPark Suites Kelana Jaya"

Nothing to like about for all the Inconvience caused and my business for the day all spoilt

I am very Dissappointed with Booking.Com & SleepyBear for failing to provide the Keys to my Apartment Booked and Paid for already. Only the Deposit which I promised to make the following morning due to all banks were closed already. I have No Online bank accounts for me as I was a victim of 5 Scam activities. Forced to spend the night at another Hotel at additional cost. Very disappointed with the treatment given to a Senior Government Officer from the Education Ministry of Malaysia, Putrajaya. I must be Compensated by Booking.Com/SleepyBear Hill Park Suites Kelana Jaya@Gamuda Holdings. I must be given Full Compensation for all the inconvienience caused. Failing which I will refer this matter with our Government lawyers at MOE as I was in town on Official Government business
