Scary entrance at night… Bathroom amenities could be better

The room itself was well-equipped with new furniture and appliances, nicely cleaned, and very comfortable. There were many restaurants around the apartment, and despite the great location, the room was quiet and allowed for a restful stay. The Wi-Fi was fast enough and worked without any issues. However, one of the two bathrooms had a strong sewage smell and was unusable, and the hot water in the shower ran out after a certain amount of time, which was quite frustrating. Even though my wife and I only used the shower for about 15-20 minutes in total, the hot water stopped and turned into cold water toward the end — making it really inconvenient. Given the high price, it was hard to accept that hot water would run out like that. This hotel would be highly recommended for people who can take very quick showers.

Noisy - local street noise is loud and into early hours - recommend earplugs if a light sleeper

Not able to find and then enter the property Throughout the stay there was a problem with the access on the app. We called the management company numerous times one night they never answered. It was late evening and very frustrated so we had to wait for an hour.

The 2-bedroom apartment is beautiful, extremely comfortable and with design elements. Equipped with everything you need, very comfortable beds, kitchen is amazing, bathrooms are top. Location is in the heart of the historical center and walking distance from everywhere.

Heating is not easy to fix if you want to change the temperature per room. We tried but couldn't manage it. Communication with the hosts was not fluent. I had to write them a few times and even call the day before arrival to get details on the check in. In the end all was good but timely communication would be beneficial for better customer experience.
