Exceptionally designed with high quality materials, top notch appliances, and wonderful art. Spacious and comfortable and the high ceilings add so much more to the experience. The trattoria across from it felt was so goof and so convenient.

Couldn’t use high pressure in shower as water didn’t drain away well.

San Martino looks high-quality in a beautiful building.

San Martino looks amazing, but our stay was far from perfect. The big issue? Broken AC during a heatwave. Sleeping was a nightmare - either uncomfortablly hot or noisy with open windows. Michel, the host, tried to help, but couldn't fix it. For the high price we paid, this was unacceptable. The offered compensation was minimal, and our request for a fair refund was ignored. In the end, the stunning facade couldn't make up for the lack of comfort and proper service.

The geographic location of the apartment, right in the middle of Bologna’s main hotspots; the comfort of the apartment and responsiveness of the host.

Very comfortable, and quite at night. Huge smart TV which we used to watch YouTube videos in Bologna. Perfect location for us to explore the sights, bars and restaurants. We arrived on an early flight, but our host managed to make the apartment ready early for us. Thank you Michele. Sorry, but we managed to pack a mains adapter which belonged to the apartment. We will return the adapter when we return. Recommend.

The appartment is spacious and extra pretty. We really enjoyed the design, the details, smart solutions - it all gave a great armosphere! The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center. The host, Michael, was kind and helpful, even delivered an iron on a Sunday afternoon! Totally recommend this place if you consider visiting Bologna :)

The only thing which was a bit of a disadvantage was air conditing, which was not working in one of the bedrooms.
