GBComfy, well equipped apartment. In a convenient location. It is very spacious and aesthetically pleasing apartment. And definitely would stay and recommend to others.
There was various hairs left around in the bathroom, on floor, towel holder and shower floor. As well as on the floor in the living room area. Also a few food spots on the stove top. I would say it was more domestically clean and not professional cleaned.

GBGBThe host was very prompt in responding to all queries. The accomodation itself is great, with very clean rooms and washroom. All utensils, cutleries are provided. Good heating as well. Plenty of towels available.

I don’t think there’s anything that could be disliked. Even if you try there isn’t anything to dislike. 10/10 for everything.
GBThe apartment is so close to the City, less than £10 to get there in an Uber. We had access to everything we needed and more, there was access to cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, and a tea caddy too, all beautiful touches that made the place feel like home. We all mentioned how safe and secure the building felt, and communication with host was incredible. The bed I stayed in was ridiculously comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, and I had the nicest sleep I’d had in a while, I woke up very well rested. The shower was so luxurious and the whole apartment was very cozy.
I had no complaints about the property, the road was busy but the building was very safe.
GBGreat flat, comfortable beds and good quality design in a flat, noticeable that it was done for living, not just day-staying. We were group of 3 adults(family), unfortunately had to eat dinner on carpet sitting around coffee table, because only 2 chairs on dining zone. Crazy small price for that quality(new on website), it was nice night, but a bit too far away from city centre for people going on foot. Lidl in 7 min from the building, nice view from all windows, not noisy, clean, everything brand new, we bought products in market and cooked dinner and breakfast. We liked flat much more than a city Birmingham 😂 The flat has on ground floor private parking zone(we didn’t use it), the key box is there, a bit uncomfortable to go with luggage’s inside and back to the entrance but ok. Host left oil, salt and some stuff for tea/coffee, so we didn’t have to buy it 🫶🏻 There is everything on the kitchen to start cooking after arriving(besides lids for pans and pepper) Also watched Netflix bef going to bed Thanks for great end of the day in Birmingham
Rubbish bin looked too fancy and stayed outside of the cupboard so we couldn’t find it from the beginning 😂🤣🫣
