GBModern apartment, lots of amenities available. Great parking and was secure. The host was very responsive and helpful
Unfortunately the neighbours were very loud and playing music so loud through the night. The lobby and shared areas of the apartment building smelt of strong smell of weed(cannabis). Struggled to sleep because of the neighbours noise and the main car noise as apartment is located on a busy road. The mattress was uncomfortable so could do with a change. Overall the apartment itself is great and the host was lovely

GBThe place was spacious, the view of the lake was a nice touch; it was very cosy and warm which is something I always need when it comes to staying in a hotel/apartment and the TV had Amazon and Netflix! Oh and the cooking space? Spectacular! I’ll be return in g next month. Thank you, would highly recommend!

GBGBThe apartment is modern and well equipped. A good location for visiting family in Birmingham. The hosts were very informative with regards to access to the flat and parking. Lovely shower.
There was an unpleasant smell that we couldn't get rid of, even after opening the windows. The doors were very dirty, the toothbrush holder had not been cleaned and there was a dirty towel at the bottom of the wardrobe. Hairs were found in the single bed and in the shower. The wifi is limited and was too slow to use. It was disappointing that there is no mirror near a plug to dry/style hair, also one of the bedside lights is not working. We barely slept, although not the fault of the hosts, but the traffic is extremely noisy, plus we heard the neighbours arguing at 5am.

The neighbours were extremely noisy. More than 10 people sat on the stairs outside our door in the hallway between 1.30 and 3.30am laughing and singing pressing our intercom absolutely no consideration for other visitors. For 3 women we did feel quite intimidated.
