GBSpacious and well equipped.
Not quiet as it was next to a main road. I have been spoilt with good welcome packs with tea and coffee etc and shower gel and shampoo provided. There was nothing provided and one hand-wash dispenser in the bathroom. I was expecting a bit more. Towels were adequate but a bit small.
GBDecent flat. Comfortable. Very very good value. Great parking facilities. The flat itself was fine. Good communication to be fair.
Dead opposite a prison. Wasn't an issue for me bit maybe for others. Alot of shouting outside. Communal area was dirty but new nevertheless. Outside rubbish was mounting but think that's a local bin strike problem.

The neighbours kept us awake all night. They were banging doors, screaming and playing loud music until 5.30 am. At approximately 1am, our buzzer was also pressed. Before this, my partner and I said we would stay here again when we next visit Birmingham. However, this is now, not the case. I really am not one to complain, but seeing as my 2 year old was kept awake all night, I can't let it slide.

Not a big thing but would have been nice to have a couple more mirrors in the property as there was only one in the bathroom
GBGreat location and private parking. Host ensured that everything is available from utensils to even aluminium foil for baking. Fresh set of cleaning sponges and washing liquid. You may be surprised but this is the first property which has everything you may ever need when away from home. Will recommend and from now on definitely my first choice when staying away in Birmingham.
