GBClean and spacious flat with a very nice bathroom. The kitchen equipped was big and well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you. Would appreciate not having to wait to get the key code past time though.
The communal areas were not cleaned, especially the car park, which was unbelievably dirty. Rubbish seem to have been left in a corner for over a week. There were flies and mosquitos that got inside our car. This needs to be sorted ASAP.

DEDie Wohnung war insgesamt sauber und der Wohnbereich bequem. Die Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe und Garage waren auch gut. Die Lage in der Nähe der Metro war auch praktisch.
Obwohl an 3 Personen vermietet war, gab es nur 2 Stühle, so dass gemeinsame Mahlzeiten schwer möglich waren. Das Internet funktionierte nicht; auf eine diesbezügliche Nachfrage kam keinerlei Antwort. Die Garage war etwas vermüllt; generell scheint die Gegend ein Müllproblem zu haben.

De locatie was ronduit slecht. Het ligt aan een erg drukke, met vuilnis bezaaide, luidruchtige straat. Dit hoor je in het appartement. De parkeergarage is ronduit walgelijk. De vuilniszakken liggen tot het plafond opgestapeld en je moet vanuit de parkeergarage met je spullen de straat op naar de voordeur van het complex. Deze voordeur stond open. In de hal lag ook vuilnis. Vuilniszakken hingen in de bomen waar je vanuit het appartement op uitkijkt. Dit appartement ligt tevens naast een gevangenis. Zeer ongeschikt om hier met kinderen te komen. De host reageerde niet op een vraag over de parkeergarage. Vervolgens bleek de wifi niet te werken. Ook op dat bericht werd niet gereageerd. Niet via booking.com, en ook telefonisch was de host niet bereikbaar. Het appartement is verder sfeerloos en kil.
