Spacious City Apartment & Free Parking

Good value. We only had a brief stay so didn’t get a chance to use kitchen, washer, dryer etc but it looked quite well equipped. Plenty of tea/coffee and a few extra provisions. Comfy couch. A relatively new build with newish fittings, furniture and appliances (some views on Google maps show it as a vacant lot so must have been built since). Lots of room for 3 people. Nice looking at tree tops out the lounge window.

Wifi (from router) was very weak - couldn’t even get stable TV streaming at night, let alone check emails. Had to use phone data. A *little* better in the morning. Cleaning was OK but could have been more thorough (hairs on toilet, dusty bedside tables…). Area looked a little unsafe when we arrived, although, to be fair it was nighttime so hard to get a good sense of it. Parking was gated, but front entrance door was unlocked and open to the street with access into the parking lot and building.

Gated parking was fab and very easy to get in and sorted. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. All you needed! Everything and more in the kitchen and bedroom!

Sadly there was a LOT of noise on the Saturday night in the small block of flats with someone buzzing and knocking and talking! Not sure if they are air bnbs also or permanent residents. A little bit of outside noise from the busy road outside and I’m a light sleeper so was woken by motorbikes and police vans in the night!

The place was absolutely disgusting when we showed up at 7pm despite the owner making contact with us earlier on in the day. The property hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay, the beds were slept in, towels were used, used sanitary products everywhere, dirty dishes, food and hair in every room. The owner took over an hour to respond to us despite calling multiple times, they did eventually send a cleaner which even she was shocked and was annoyed at the owners lack of organisation and communication. We were late going to our booking due to all of the mix up and not being able to get ready. Due to the inconvenience and pure lack of care from the owners they agreed to give us a refund, but 2 weeks later we are still waiting and being ignored. I understand these things happen, but they take no care in running their business and blame everything on the ‘host’ being abroad (even though the dial tone was english).

Beautiful, clean, amazing facilities and value for money, host thought of everything to make our stay as relaxed and easy as possible.

Drains were smelling in the bathroom

I like the whole apartment. It was clean, tidy, in a great location and all facilities where great. The shower was lovely. The beds comfortable and very easy to get to Birmingham through ubers.

The only downside was the one neighbour was particularly noisy and loud. He/she I think was having a party and was yelling quite loudly

The property was very clean and spacious . It had secured parking which was a bonus. Also has access to Netflix
