The house was very sweet and was very quiet. It had everything we needed and was well situated for the shops and restaurants on the high street.

We were a little disappointed with the bathroom, although the shower was excellent. The lighting was poor and the lighted mirror above the sink was really poorly illuminated, which made shaving difficult. Also, there was an unpleasant smell of drains, particularly noticeable when the bathroom was unused overnight. We felt that it could have done with a very thorough clean of all the pioework. The towels were on the small side and it would have been helpful if they were perhaps colour coordinated.

The location was perfect for the beach, coastal walks and local bars and restaurants. The house is a real home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay and everywhere was spotlessly clean. It’s tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings and nice little touches in the provision of books, games, toiletries & tea/ coffee/ milk and in the garden there is outdoor seating, a barbecue & fire pit if you want an evening at home. Phil welcomed us on arrival & suggested some great nearby restaurants which we tried and found to be excellent. All in all a great stay and I would definitely book again😊
