Location 10/10, right behind Bleak house. Close to sea and beach for dog walks. I could throw a stone literally and hit 3 pubs. The best was a downstairs loo, we had my wifes dad who is 90 so stairs were used twice a day to come down for coffee and to go to bed!

Only 2 wine glasses! Parking was a bit of a faff, but doable.

Everything,located a minute from sea view and walks.

The only negative is no on-site parking but I knew this before hand theres a small carpark round corner or free street parking a few minutes away,this would not stop me visiting again though but may bother others especially in busier summer months or with young children and luggage etc,,you are able to park on rd briefly to unload.will definitely be staying again.
