Great location, property was perfect for us. Everything was within walking distance the beach was a stones throw away. The house was very peaceful and quiet and it was great having an outside area.

A slight issue with bathroom leak, owners aware but the smell in there wasn’t pleasant. So avoided using it. Could also do with new kettle or just decscale it.

"Pleasant"

The house is close to the beach and high street. It was easy to find parking on the side streets or Eastern Esplanade a few minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of plates, cups etc. and the house was clean. The extras like milk, toiletries, quality loo roll were appreciated.

The property has a ant issue under the unused old door (opens directly onto the path) and skirting. The bathroom extractor fan needs cleaning as little flies are coming out of it! The patio area has loads of weeds and needs cleaning, the patio seating is starting to unravel and could do with a proper repair or upgrade. Also the ad. should mention the uneven entry to the right of the gate, looks like a large man is buried under the bricks. 😁 The bath screen silicone is degrading and leaks water. The lounge ceiling where the leak was could do with a paint job. These are all constructive feedback as we enjoyed the property and would stay again.

"An exceptional property in the heart of Broadstairs"

This newly converted building was modern light and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything for self catering. The location was perfect with easy walking to the beach and high street. A small private outside space was a bonus.

No negatives at all.

Lovely cottage. Excellent location for the town and surrounding areas. Nice outside seating area. Close to the beautiful beaches and the historic and vibrant town centre.

The keypad for the entrance door was a bit temperamental. Other than that, it was perfect.
