There was black mold in the air conditioner vents & I checked out early and requested a refund because of this health risk & was denied by the hotel staff and instead offered a discount on my next stay… pathetic.

The location and the view - even partial - of the sea. Haeundae Beach is in my opinion the best place to stay in Busan. The kindness of the staff. They help us to book our bus tickets to Jeonju.

The windows in the room assigned to us would not close properly to ensure adequate insulation.
