I can not fault the accommodation or the staff however there was an other couple staying there for rhe night that caused a lot of trouble. But that is no reflection on the willow tree. I will definitely be returning.
AURoom was a good size and facilities good in room. Note room is upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking appliances, utensils etc. Dining room was also useful.
Unfortunately cleaning stuff was left lying around and bin was full. 😒

GBIt was super easy, every query was answered quickly and efficiently even about the hot water in the morning. I didn’t manage to get a hot shower but that’s ok.

GBEverything about our stay at the willow tree inn was exceptional, spotless throughout, beautiful kitchen with everything you would need and more, beds were so comfy the bathroom was massive with lovely fittings, lovely big t/v and the lady who owns it was so helpful and friendly but very professional at the same time can't wait to return for a longer stay next time. No food or breakfast available. The room was cold and the price was too expensive for the quality, £60 would be more than enough.
