Plymouth City Apartment

The apartment was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

No key for back door so no fire escape to the rear of the property.

The property is advertised as a two bedroomed apartment. The pictures also show two bedrooms one with a double and since and another with a double. Upon arrival there is only one bedroom, which is awkward when you are travelling with a work colleague.

Communication was poor and it took a lot of back and forth to get the keys even all of the identification had been sent. The apartment is also miss sold, it needs to state it is a one bedroom with an extra bed and pull out.

The host was horrible to communicate with it should not take email, call and text messages when something is booked in advance. That is simply poor hosting.

Was a good property would deffo use again

The location was good as it was close to the centre. The amount of space in the apartment was good.

The apartment REEKED of DAMP, the stench was very apparent, the carpets even felt damp. The shower tray has marks on it and the shower head was very grimy. It was also not stated it was a basement flat and we had to enter through the back, exterior images were not provided as it is very unattractive from outside. It was not worth the almost £600 I paid. We saw towels kept on the wall outside the property. My sister had to leave as her asthma flared up due to the damp smell and checked into a hotel.

Lovely little cozy home from home. Very clean. I would recommend staying here * * * * *
