Very dirty stains on the bed, hairs all over disgusting no ac only a fan, led light that makes sounds, very bad place do not go there

"Perfect lakeside hotel!"

It's an awesome budget and a nice hotel near the lakeside in Sapa! Clean room with AC, heating blanket and hot water. Best location! Friendly family who runs the hotel. Perfect stay!

The place is quiet and the room are big and clean

I was last floor (4)room 403 so you don't have lift to help you if your stuff are heavy and you can't use aircon (heat) whishout the manager come over to ask you to stop it even if it's the winter season.

Excellent location in the centre of Sapa, room was clean and secure and really good value

Kettle provided but no cups! Couldn't find a controller for the air conditioning so could not get the room warm and had to sleep in my clothes.
