Đại Loan Sapa Hotel

favourite room we have stayed in during our 6 month trip. clean, great location, lovely staff who were very accommodating about our unusual arrival and departure times due to sleeper buses, and were happy to let us into our room early and also check out a little later. this was because the hotel had not many guests so cannot promise this would always be the case. she even offered to make us food before we got on the sleeper bus. wifi was great, the tv had Netflix built in. the bedroom itself was massive. a great stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer

Good location, big room, big bad.

Bad sound isolation, very noisy. You can hear everything from hall. And if other customers are noisy ( and they was), then you will be up before 6am

The staff were super accommodating - I checked in late at night with no advance booking. The rooms are huge and clean, the location is super central, just a short walk from the lake. I was even allowed to check out slightly later. The room was super cheap so overall value for money 10/10

Shower wasn't always hot

The staff was super friendly even though they didn’t speak a word english.

The shower was cold, the handle was broken and the door didn’t close.

we loved this place. couldn’t believe how cheap it was because the rooms were insanely nice and were huge. location was perfect too, so close to the lake and restaurants. receptionist didn’t speak English but we worked it all out and she was very kind.

nothing, was a great stay

good location for restaurants and bars, close to the lake and not to far of a walk from the bus station. we were happy to walk the 15 minutes after being on a night bus. lovey heated bed sheets which were well needed.

freezing cold shower, slightly humid/damp feeling room. the actual location of the hotel is about 100m further up the lane on the right than it shows on booking.com and maps.
