Everything else such a great host location was excellent apartment was very clean and well decorated .

Hair dryer was missing but thats absolutely okay as positives are more

The property was very close to the high street and was easy to get into to Reading. It was clean when I arrived, except for two or three dishes which I assumed were from previous guests. I noticed that the flat had some amenities missing which were listed. The host was exceptional in replying and bringing those missing items as soon as possible.

The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable. I spoke to the host who assured me this would be remedied before the next guest stays here.

Location is great. The flat is clean and nicely decorated with all the items one requires. The landlord was very quick to fix a couple of minor issues. The cleaning staff did a great job as well.

The double bed was too soft and could feel the springs. Not great for posture. The pillows are too thin and soft. No proper neck support. Other than that everything was working fine.

Great location, very near to the city center and train station and not far away from University of Reading. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment.
