There location is only 7 minutes walk from the Oracle Riverside. There is free parking space. The host is responsive and very helpful. Check in, check out and car park instructions very easy to understand. The amenities provided is good - full bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and the apartment is clean.
Minor point only, there is no usb charger socket, so remember to bring a usb charger plug.

Only draw back was it was a bit noisy at night as accomodation is on a busy road. But was a lovely stay.
