"Non ci tornerei, l’unica cosa buona è posizione"

La spiaggia è abbastanza grande e il ristorante pizzeria Italiano è fattibile rispetto agli altri

Il personale è stato scortese, la nostra stanza al nostro arrivo era già sporca, il bagno soprattutto, per di più non c’era l’acqua perché stavano facendo dei lavori e ci hanno lasciato tutta la giornata senz acqua, ma io dico non le fittare quelle stanze! Siamo stati cinque giorni, la doccia si è sporcata tra capelli e bagnoschiuma, non la pulivano mai perfettamente.

Disorganizzazione sugli eventi di animazione e sui vari ristoranti dove poter mangiare...camera non pulita e buffet x sei giorni sempre uguale...nessuna merenda a metà pomeriggio...

Ci siamo trovati benissimo al Regency Plaza. Il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile, la pulizia della camera era impeccabile e l’ambiente molto curato. Si vede che ci mettono passione in quello che fanno. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole!.

Отдыхали в отеле Regency Plaza Aqua Park and Spa Resort и остались очень довольны. Особенно понравился шведский стол по системе «все включено» — большой выбор блюд, всё вкусное и свежее, всегда можно найти что-то на свой вкус. Номера чистые, уборка проводилась регулярно и качественно. Территория отеля ухоженная, красивая и просторная, приятно гулять и отдыхать. Отдельно хочется отметить внимательный и доброжелательный персонал — сотрудники всегда старались помочь и быстро реагировали на любые просьбы. Также приятно удивило, что при обращении нам оперативно поменяли номер без лишних вопросов, за что отдельное спасибо администрации отеля. В целом отдых получился комфортным и позитивным, с удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова!
