It was a little bit far from the city but it was only $1 per person in a taxi or 20min by walk. However, it was a really calm area and there was a supermarket near so it was worth it!

A beautiful wooden building jutting into the bay with stunning views from our bedroom balcony. A huge bed and equally huge shower. The house has seen better days and could do with some upgrades. There are a couple of local restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The building is located in an area next to people's dwellings and workplaces. Consequently, although the deck sat invitingly in the sea, it was questionable how clean the water actually was. Quite a long walk into town, meaning a bike is useful.

We had the big room with outdoor shower and the terrace with water-view. WOW! Beautiful ànd practical. Great bed & great shower. Common areas are really beautiful and cozy. Host is super friendly and helpful. You can even use his sup board. This accommodation is on the non-touristy side of the main island. This is great because it is calm, but you have to walk ca. 15-20 mins to the vibrant center. We recommend renting bikes during your stay: a fun and practical way of transport for a few days.

The room was amazing! So big and well decorated. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony while looking at the sea! The host David was super nice and helpful and also very entertaining

It was a picture perfect stay in Villa Bahia del sol. First and foremost, David is absolutely a great host. Always helpful and a great guy to talk to. We immediately felt home in this beautiful, quiet and clean accommodation.

David, the host was amazing. We had a warm welcome when we arrived and it immediately felt like a home. The rooms are amazing, the beds are comfortable and the airconditioning is great. The best thing was the place outside. You can chill there with a great view in the hammock! You have your own kitchen and you share the place with a few other people. A great atmosphere and a lovely place.

Owner is great, very helpful, very nice. Its directly over the bay, with nicely arranged outside to relax. Big kitchen. Everything we need.
