This properly is the best you will get in the area. It’s the best house in the area and you can see the owner has put a lot of effort into modernising the home.

Everything was great. No complaints.

Perfect condition

Garden was big for my daughter to play on.

Hob would not warm up enough to boil milk. Oven did not work only grill. Thermostat did not work. Sinks were small and bottom toilet not fixed to ground properly. Leak from radiator which I had to shut off myself with no action from the owners. No cleaning equipment available, small drop of fairy an surf. No hoover , brush or mop then the owners claim it wasn't clean when left. The owners are criminal, My baby daughter vomited some milk onto the bed which we cleaned and now the owner is claiming we have stained all the mattresses, broke the toilet and some glass, all of which are lies and unfounded as the beds have protectors on them and mattresses should not be stained. They are now trying to claim damages from me that I did not do ! Absolutely disgusting behavior.

We stayed (only two of us) for about 5 weeks. I needed a place where I could work from home and this worked well. Two large bedrooms both had a desk I used one as an office. There was also a small bedroom. All of the bathrooms rooms were small with very small wash basins. The downstairs bathroom toilet moved -something wrong with the floor and problem was developing with the floor in the kitchen. The grounds were not maintained during our 5 weeks but this was not a major problem. Car parking is on the street and the neighbors all seemed to respect leaving the space outside the house. This is very close to a motorway with easy access to the countryside and we enjoyed our stay. There were no knives or chopping boards but when we spoke to the host he provided these straight away. The stairs were step and not very deep but probably typical for this type of house. If you are familiar with English houses this exactly what it says on the box- home away from home.

Location was for our function. Well presented and clean

Had timed lights on the stairs that went off all through night. No clue as how to turn the off at night.

The house was very nice and modern. All amenities and nice to have a downstairs shower room. Location was perfect for our work and quiet at night.
