Ba Be Jungle Houses

Excellent room that was very clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Dinner was great value. Nam was very informative and very helpful with anything travel related. Nothing was too much trouble

The location is good with easy access the lake (30 seconds), and to the boats that take you to the waterfals, villages to walk through and caves to explore. The staff was especially welcoming. The manager, Nam, was over and above helpful, very informative, and did everything to make the stay enjoyable and the food great (thanks to the cooks and helpers). Meals served in an open garden and comfortable covered outside lounge areas with Wifi access. Even got to meet Mr. Linh himself, a gregarious and very friendly individual. The bungalow type accommodation is great for backpackers and those on a lower budget, clean with shared bath, but basic. For a little extra I'd go for the the rooms with ensuite. They are very comfortable. If you're keen, kayaks are free to use for an hour or so and I'd recommend a paddle around. Overall a great place to spend a few days in the Ba Be National Park area right on the lake.

Beautiful spot right on the lake. Clean rooms, quiet, and delicious food. The manager, Nam, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Will be back next time I'm at Ba Be Lake.
