Lovely location by the sea. The staff were easily reachable and friendly.

The flat was not prepared for three guests- we had to set up our own sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for sleeping. The sheets were not clean and the shower didnt work properly. While the location was convenient, just a short walk from the sea, the dirty windows made it hard to enjoy the view. The instructions could have been written in a more systematic way. Because there were multiple steps, I wouldve liked bullet pointing.

The location. The beautiful window of front room with all the natural light streaming and the view of the sea and sky from there. The front room was the best part of the apartment for us.

If pressed, perhaps we would say the front door to apartment creaked as if it was opening when someone went in or out from another apartment , but we got used to that and stopped noticing it very quickly.

Location was good, directions and instructions to get in were clear. Spacious apartment. Good access to parking facility.

Advetised as 'Sea View' but windows were so dirty you couldn't see through them. Tired interior, photos on site were not a true representation of the furnishings in the apartment. Also, no cushions, blanket/ throw, no rug on the floor as in the photos. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable we had to use all the seating cushions to put on top. Stains on the sofa cushions. Curtains in the living area did not keep out the light. Dining chairs unstable. Only 2 teaspoons, with 3 of us staying. The plug to the bathroom basin had no chain or way of removing it, had to use a knife! No bare essentials in the kitchen, salt & pepper, tea, coffee. But there were some out of date dog biscuits! Cracked tiles on the kitchen floor. Nespresso machine available but no pods and no mention of this on the description so didn't bring said pods. No hairdryer as advertised, an iron but no ironing board. TV automatically comes on at 7.30am. Frayed and worn carpet meant carpet strip was exposed with 2 screws sticking up which could have caused injury. The interior entrance door in the hall does not havev a soft close mechanism, so there was constant banging when other residents came in and out and even all through the night! This property has so much potential and just needs some TLC. I tried to emailed the ownrs to dicuss but received no response.

The location is very good. The front room is attractive.

The gas heater is in the bedroom and is noisy. The carbon monoxide alarm was broken and contained no batteries. The heating did not work. The entry door lock did not work. I could not seen any PAT test labels on any electrical appliance. When you opened the fridge door, it hits the light switch and plunges the kitchen into darkness.

The sea view was excellent the size of the property was nice and big everything was local like places to eat.

The fridge wasn’t working properly and the freezer that was in the flat the bedding didn’t smell very nice it had a damp smell too it sorry to say .
