Inner-City Apartments - Basic Amenites

Location, size

TV not working, no hot water in shower, no kettle, no cloths or brooms

Perfect location for getting to the rugby

Good for the price and lication

Should have been cleaner

The bed was comfy

We had to bin loads of our food that we brought because ants had taken over the kitchen and got into the food, they were also all over the bedroom floor, in my shoes and on my clothes. The toilet wasnt connected to the floor so if you sat on it, it was nearly tip over, the shower door was broken meaning water went everywhere practically flooding the bathroom and going into the bedroom. The Shower gel was empty, the shampoo was mixed with water as was the conditioner, we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper already half used. The towel drying rack didnt work. The light bulb wasnt even in the light properly so i had to fix that myself when we got there. When coming back one early evening the lockbox to the entrance was broken (all 3 lockboxes) so we couldn't even get inside of the apartment, and when the guy came to fix it the walls were so thin it sounded like he was breaking into our apartment whilst trying to fix it. There was no WiFi, they told us on our first night that it was down and they were going to fix it but never did meaning the TV also didnt work. I tried to contact them by messaging them, over and over however they did not reply despite our entire apartment being infested with ants, which got so bad to the point we had to leave after one night and given it was so expensive to try and get somewhere last minute we ended up sleeping in the back of my car because it was better than staying at this apartment. I WOULD NOT recommend, we were in flat 2 of the building.
