Inner-City Apartments - Basic Amenites

10-15 minute walk into town centre, managed to park on the road without charge.

Whole apartment needs redecorating and good clean. Mould on bathroom ceiling, toilet was loose, marks on bedroom walls.

There was no breakfast it was self catering. The location of the property was brilliant

The apartment was run down, it was cold and the shower kept changing from freezing to scolding. The doors were hanging off the kitchen cupboards The bed was the most uncomfortable we've ever slept in, there were springs sticking out everywhere

No cooking utensils (trays for the oven) no toilet paper

The area felt very unsafe, the front of the property was filled with trash. The communal stairs leading to the different "apartments" were absolutely filthy, stairs were covered in filth and some sort of sticky drinks spill my shoes sticking to the stairs as I walked. Once I entered the room allocated for me it was clear that it was not what had been pictured in the booking. The bed didn't even have a head board, cupboard doors missing from "kitchen" if you can even call it that. TV didn't work, the window was wide open on arrival and when I tried to close it wouldn't close and trapped my fingers. There was also mould in the window. I sat down on the bed and it was damp. My legs felt wet when I stood back up and the bedding was creased and smelly. The mattress was covered in bobbly bits. The apartment was just absolutely filthy and I was staying with my daughter. I ended up actually leaving at around 7:30 pm on a Saturday night with my 8 year old daughter and getting a train home early because I couldn't allow my daughter to sleep in those conditions. Very unhappy and haven't had any communication back when raising my concerns.

The host kicked us out mid evening over me and my son playing quite music we also had a dog with us we didn't know we had to say to the host that we had a dog with us. The keys are unsafe anybody can get into the key safe and open the door, the front door didn't lock properly anyone can wonder into the property and do anything. we original booked for 3 nights to have a break away from our property and also my child has special needs. we then decided to book 3 more nights we moved to another flat and the cleaner was ok with us moving , Then couple of hours later the property demand for 35 pound for stains were all ready their before hand. They also blamed us for messing up the cleaning schedule the cleaner wasn't bothered about us moving. But the people who booked a flat on the night before and they reschedule their visit and they false tipped of the staff members about us playing music and they think we ruined the place like I said their was stains before when we arrived into the property. I also have a gluten allergy also I have lost my dad recently and my son has special needs. the host is caries about getting money than people who booked the place and also the place is unhygienic. don't cheap out on rubbish apartment/ hotels

Run.down and unprofessional staff and don't go to this place. They also take money without my consent and stunk of drugs.
