"Affordable and as comfortable as the name suggests"

I like the friendliness and 'down home' location of this house (this was my third stay), the wi-fi was good enough for me to watch Scotland's win over Denmark (and I am glad I didn't miss that.) There are supplies in the room and on top of the fridge on the landing, it's great to have the use of the fridge by the way) and the shower is very warm once it has run for a few seconds.

Nothing wrong that I can think of.

Simple, quiet, clean, comfortable, and residential host a bonus. Cannot be beaten anywhere in Newmarket area for value!

At the price there is nothing to dislike!

"A nice place to stay at a good price."

Alison looks after you and cares about how her guests feel, this was my second stay here and I enjoy the homestay feel of the place, the affordability and the sense of ease in the place.

There was nothing wrong, I knew what to expect and the place hasn't changed from a few months ago.
