GBLocation was great.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Stayed for 6 nights. Was provided with one towel. No iron as advertised. I had to ask staff on day 3 for toilet roll. The bathroom I was using was not cleaned once the entire stay.

The shower drain seems to be clogged....but below where you can reach with your hand. This posed a flooding threat to the Olive shower room.
AUGood facilities in a good location. Bed good, room a little small but workable for one.
Separate bathroom downstairs, though it is private (not shared). Odd lock system on front door that takes some practice.

Noisy fridge but I’m a light sleeper and could do with a little fan in the room
IEA bit further from the train station than I expected. Mattress very thin and hard. Got back pain from it.

Very uncomfortable bed, with only a single short blanket (no spare ones) and pillow without pillowcase; very crammed space; the cutlery left on the cupboard as if it wasn't something you have to eat with, not even some napkins to use when you eat; to wash your breakfast dishes the only place available was the bathroom sink, not even some small separate sink; the towels as well as the blanket were stained. The bathroom was optimistically 2 square mts, definitely didn't look clean at all; the very small sink and shower were constantly clogged, so I didn't even dare take a full shower inside. Finally, the acoustic isolation was no good either, and some nights you could definitely hear people from other rooms just being raucous at late hours

The mattress is not firm, it’s hard and I guess very cheap. The single pillow was small a rather lumpy. I would have liked a spare blanket. ( I was cold) Suggest the owner invests in a more quality mattress and new pillows. The lack of en-suite at that price…!! Quite a trek downstairs to the loo in the middle of the night and having to remember use a code in order to use it.
