Central Leeds townhouse with private roof garden Sleeps 4

Excellent location for first direct arena. Easy to Find. Great communication from host.

Could do with a freshen up, signs of wear and tear are easy to see. Area is loud and disruptive for light sleepers.

The sitting room and kitchen were nicely decorated and a comfortable area to spend time in. The heating and hot water were very efficient and the house was nice and cosy. The roof garden would be lovely in the summer.

Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and the quality of the bedding was not great!

Exterior / used as rubbish tip very untidy

This was a perfect property, I travelled for work but my mum came with me as she had never visited Leeds. It was great for us with two double bedrooms and not far to walk into the centre. The roof terrace was a great bonus and we definitely look forward to visiting again in the summer to make use of this space and the BBQ too. Richard was also a great host and allowed us to check in early which was hugely appreciated.

Unfortunately the heating didn't seem to turn up and the radiator in the smaller bedroom wasn't working. Luckily I had a hot water bottle. Apart from that, the stay was great!

I wish I was going to the arena as it is across the road, a good location. The spiral staircase is a great feature and the roof terrace is perfect. All round great place to stay.

The location was perfect and facilities were homely.

It was a bit cold even with the heating on but blankets provided made up for it. The internet and signal was very slow but it was to be expected since its near first direct arena.
