The apartment is lovely. Everything you could possible need. A home from home. Less than 5 minutes walk away from town. Communication from owner was brilliant. Very helpful and quick to reply to my messages.

The shower isn't adjustable in height

Whilst clean, the beds were not comfortable

The location was perfect; literally a minute away from anything you may need; there is a 24h carpark a minute walk away, same for a big Morrison, a small Tesco, restaurants etc. The arena is right across the road if you have booked a concert. The town centre is a very short walk away. So are the universities. It really is in an ideal spot and I highly recommend it. We would happily use it again when we return to visit our son in Leeds. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious. I loved how it is over several floors. The living room and kitchen area are spacious and very nice. The roof top terrace must be wonderful in Spring and Summer time. The host was ever so helpful too. He replied to texts within minutes when contacted and went out of his way to help and accommodate us. I cannot praise him enough.

The apartment is in need of a little bit of TLC. The furniture looks a bit old, sofas and curtains stained, etc. The mattresses not very comfortable either. The apartment was also very low on kitchenware. It literally only had 1 very small saucepan and 1 very small frying pan, both in a terrible state, neither big enough to cook anything for 4. There wasn't enough cutlery for 4 either or enough bowls. Lots of glasses though. This was a real shame, but the host, when contacted, was ever so helpful. He drove all the way to drop off some cutlery and offered to refund us for any pans bought. Couldn't ask for a better host. I think addressing those few issues would definitely be worthwhile as they would definitely make this flat a 9 or a 10 for me!

Perfect location for a gig at the arena which is a few steps from the front door. Loved the terrace, would be great in the Summer. Easy check-in. Clean upon arrival.

Property definitely in need of some TLC following what I can only assume is wear and tear. There was a mark on the smaller bedroom bed cover, the bed was dipped on the right hand side making it quite an uncomfortable sleep. One of the blinds broken in living room, marks on furniture/rug etc. £330 for one night was expensive but accepted this was because property was in high demand due to gig.
