Did the 3 bedroom house and the size was decent and the kitchen in the 2 bedroom portion of the house was big. Location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing

The unit was dirty. Had to clean the floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned so had to clean those as well. Furniture, Bath tubs and sinks, along with the dishwasher and stove were dated. As much as they charge you’d think they’d have newer items for their guests. Units are not child friendly.

Location was convenient. Facility was pretty clean.

Long story but they have major facility maintenance issues that need to be resolved. The maintenance staff was rude, unprofessional and desperately in need of training.

"It was good overall. Unnecessary signatures made me nervous."

Clean, Big rooms and quiet.

They keep you on your toes by having you sign unnecessary documents when you check in. This sign includes damages property, pet and outdoor activities. This is unacceptable. Next time I’ll choose another company.
