The pools, location, and employees

Dryer didn't work well and the 2 rm tvs didn't get the cable service... I didn't want to waste time having to wait for maintenance to fix it with a family of five we're on the move.

Location

Wasn’t what was in the description. Noise from units above loud and constant. You could hear pins drop. Mattress’s were hard.

The house we were in had 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. It was like having 2 condos with the same entrance. Close to Busch Gardens and downtown.

We had a problem with the pool towels. Also, they wanted us to keep them for our entire stay and wash them ourselves.

Did not eat breakfast there

Room was nice , but family above us was very noisy, didn't get the peice and quiet that we wanted but I know that the resort has no control of that

Friendly staff. Easy check in

Housekeeping could use improvement. We waited a full day for linen for our let out sofa. They didn’t seem too concerned with getting them to us. I understand that it was a holiday weekend, but at least keep your guest informed of delays. I know the office staff paged them numerous times.

I didn't know anything about the breakfast! I like the kitchen and the bathroom was good.

I thought our room was going to be a two story house and not connect houses. The bed wasn't that comfortable. I also thought we would have an outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub on the back of the house. It's not comfortable for 12 people to come and enjoy each other's company in the same area. All in all, we made it work!

Our resort agent Tara did an excellent job with our accomadations pre-check in. She answered every call, gave us peace of mind and even checked in with us on check-in day. We also loved the location, and resort set-up.

When we checked in the hot water wasn't getting hot but it was fixed within two hours.
