Cleanliness of the actually grounds and how spacious the townhouse was.

The only complaint was the front desk people were not helpful when we got there they didn’t tell us what we were supposed to do when we were leaving they couldn’t find my reservation and they were no help to us. They said there was nothing they could do to help us. We ended up finding it on our own and it was a gentleman and two or three other workers just sitting around talking and swearing with each other not very professional

"Our stay was great. Our only issue was the hot tubs."

The house was private.

One hot tub was not working properly. The other two were barely warm. There were also babies and 3 and 4 year olds in the hot tubs, some unattended.

The location of the hotel was great to get to Bush Gardens and Williamsburg.

The parking at the hotel was not good. You are not guaranteed a space near your rooms. Our room's phones didn't work.
