Bed was hard, not the most comfortable…

So nice and clean. Great beds, good shower, nice towels.

Breakfast was truly awful. Sorry. But it was.

Desk clerk said she couldn't give a written receipt.

The breakfast area was to small for the hotel it was crowded when we ate

It was the first hotel we stayed at in our week and half of traveling that didn’t have a coffee maker or an ice bucket in the room and no cups in the room. The only ice maker was on the first floor. I stayed on the third floor

Left before served due to lack of sleep from interstate traffic noise. Was told at checkin noise level wasn’t bad. It was AWFUL! Patrons need to be made aware of noise level and told about upcharge when making reservation. Website says nothing about proximity to interstate. While easy in and out, I would prefer sleep after driving 12 hours!

Coffee pot downstairs in lobby and not in room. Surprised about upcharge for room not facing highway when I asked at checkin about noise level. I should have paid for back room. Got no sleep due to noise so left very early a.m. had to go downstairs twice during the night to get coffee.

Great blackout curtains, quiet, one of the few good hotels in West Texas on I-10

The automatic light switch in the bathroom uses a motion sensor and turns the lights on BLAZING bright, even in the middle of the night. Even trying to switch it off does little as it will come back on in a few seconds afterwards. It was so bad I had to cover it with an ice container so it wouldn't come on again. Management, PLEASE add an interrupt switch that can enable guests to turn the bathroom lights permanently off. Please do not take away our right to decide if the lights will be blazing in our eyes in the middle of the night or not :(

Beds could be a little firmer. Too much extra fluff
