"Met expectations of the price point - a good night’s sleep, but no frills!"

Nice, central location in Newbury. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Larger room than expected and nice and warm.

Uneven floor in room, which wouldn’t suit everybody. Could benefit from a large overhead light, as a bit dark! Plug was jammed in the sink, so water wouldn’t drain away. No tea provided in the room, just coffee.

"Bargain Break"

Ideal accommodation for a group of blokes attending events or the races like us - very comfortable bed - great location for accessing what newbury as to offer with an added bonus of free parking & the price was exceptional

The height to access the shower & get out in room 5 was a bit precarious if u slipped

Convenient position for Newbury town centre. Free parking was a bonus. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff.
