Bathrooms

The family room suitable for up to 4 people (1 double and 2 single beds) was suitably clean (although the mirror needed a clean). There is a spacious bathroom and bedroom for this option and the bed was surprisingly comfortable (it didn't feel like it was on a level) Good location for town with history all around it.

Bedroom numbered 6 was unfortunately a huge disappointment with no spare rooms to exchange to. The sink in the bathroom overflowed/leaked all over the floor. The taps don't turn off so it's easy to overflow when cleaning teeth. Spare towels were given to remedy the floor wetness/apparently it wasn't possible to get a plumber in! The shower has mildew on the walls etc., The window was broken inside (secondary glazing outside) leaving jagged edges! The wardrobe had 1 handle missing with a screw , and finally a light bulb was out (there were 2 others). These complaints are easy fixes and I hope they have already been remedied!

Good location. We had a back room and it was nice and quiet. Served it’s purpose as we just needed a bed

As there was no food at the facility it would have been good if we’d had a wee fridge
