The remote didn’t work properly and I think there should be more the one bathroom

The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a small group. Price was decent too.

I didn’t like the £250 being taken as pending in case anything got damaged. I understand but it could’ve been a smaller amount or something, I was left without access to that money for about a week. It obviously does come back to you but it’s annoying to be left without that money for so long.

The location of the property is very central and they provided coffee, tea, sugar and a small milk which I thought was a nice touch.

The property is in need of some work the laminate flooring is coming apart the kitchen and bathroom cupboards are peeling and lifting and tiles are missing in the bathroom. The beds have very cheap mattresses and you can feel the springs. The booking process is so long winded they need all IDs of everyone who is staying with a selfie holding your id. When we arrived back to the apartment around 11pm we found the hallways of the accommodation full of you men which was very intimidating. Due to the location we couldn't open the windows to sleep due to the noise but the windows are very good at keeping the noise down to a minimum. What was disturbing was one of the appointments as you are leaving the complex has Swastika drawn on the door of the apartment.

The location of the property was ideal and really easy to find. The rooms were all clean and with everything we needed. There was little things like shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, tea and coffee, so that was a bonus and well appreciated. There were a couple of niggles, but nothing that would stop us booking again - we had trouble gaining access with the app and so had to be given a manual code, it wasn’t a problem but when my friend rang they were advised that they couldn’t be given the code as their telephone number wasn’t registered as the booking number, however we had sent passport pictures and proof of address, so not sure why this was-strange. The bed in the bedroom off the kitchen was a little uncomfortable, and very bouncing when you turned over, not a criticism just an observation. The toilet seat was also a bit loose needs tightening up. We had a great weekend in Birmingham and would book here again.

Good location and 2 of the bedrooms were ok. It that’s about it.

Bed in one bedroom was impossible to sleep in. Bed frame completely loose and shook everytime we turned over. Mattress’ really cheap and could feel all the springs. I barely slept. Lounge is really dark- no windows and only 1 small table and couch so not enough room to sit comfortably as the 6 people staying there.

WiFi was unstable , management made every effort to fix but only there 2 nights and it was still dropping out
