Near to the tram station, 3 minutes walk. also near to sea life, 10 minutes walk. and grocery shopping just nearby. the heater was functional, double bed for each room.

the washing machine not functioning at all, I have talked to the owner. we do communicate but, nothing was fixed. Please consider adding a ladle and spatula.

"Absolutely terrible - DO not recommend you book this apartment"

Location was very central

The property had been broken into the door would not lock. Property owner did NOT repair immediately it took 27 hours from reporting the issue to getting the lock fixed. Apartment door was left unlocked whilst we were out and we had to take possessions with us when our. Would NOT recommend booking with this apartment. Owner lied to Travel nest about the times the lock was fixed and REFUSED to recompense 3 vulnerable women for this stay. SHOCKING should NOT be a host Clock in the kitchen - stopped working Cover over the sofa dirty Largest bedroom - only one sliding door TV - could use no signal Heating controller - couldn't use batteries dead Windows dirty Toilet dirty we had to clean it before using The photos on booking.com are very old and it does not look this way. Photos taken to make it look bigger & more pleasant than it actually was.

"Great Location"

We were notified that the toilet was broken. The host was responsive and made alternative arrangements. So I was pleased that we were able to continue with our trip.

Checking-in instructions and address was provided quite late. I was travelling from Bath so it would have been helpful if this was provided before check-in time

The location was great and on the whole the apartment was clean and had everything we needed

The fact that we only had one digital key was frustrating. Blinds in the bedroom were broken. There was no tea towel to dry utensils when we washed them up.

"Great little family apartment"

A great little apartment really close to Broad Street. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and was clean throughout. Also, free wifi

T.v had no signal and remote didn't work very well. Being on broad street it was a little noisy at night but this was expected. Communication with host was good before and during stay but dont bother trying to contact them after your stay as they won't reply to messages.
