"Staff are great"

Nice friendly staff, lovely location, nice pub, warm room, comfortable bed, beautiful food.

No remote for tv, no spoon for tea/coffee, cups too small. Room wasn't cleaned from previous guest but staff put us in a different room straight away. Internet kept going off saying incorrect password.

Chaotic or virtually non existent reception Bad lighting in corridors and room Need a serious upgrade, grubby appearance throughout, electric wires not tailed in on corridors, burn marks and stains on room carpets
